• "Account" means the individual registered player account created by a User on the Platform.

To register and maintain an Account onClickBet88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. Minimum deposit: RM30 for e-wallet methods; specific minimums for bank transfer and crypto methods are displayed at the point of transaction. Minimum withdrawal: RM30 for e-wallet methods. Maximum daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply and may differ by account tier and verification status.

Wagering requirements: Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Bonus credit cannot be withdrawn directly — only winings generated from meeting the full wagering requirement are eligible for withdrawal.

Bonus abuse: ClickBet88 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play, arbitrage betting across promotions, or any form of coordinated wagering intended to artificially meet wagering requirements. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse may have their bonuses voided and balances forfeited, and may be permanently suspended.

ClickBet88 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted into a promotion prior to any modification will be treated on a case-by-case basis in fair and reasonable manner.

All bets placed on the ClickBet88 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market and event type. These rules are accessible within each product section on the Platform. It is the Player's responsibility to familiarise themselves with the relevant rules before placing any wager.

Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. ClickBet88 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where a palpable error in odds pricing has occurred. A palpable error is defined as an odds pricing clearly out of line with market fair value at the time of placement. In such cases, affected bets will be settled at void (stakes returned) or at the correct odds, atClickBet88's discretion.

Once a bet has been confirmed and transaction reference has been issued, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the Player unless specifically provided for under in-play cash-out terms. ClickBet88 reserves the right to void or reverse bets in cases of system error, data feed failure, or fraud.

For live football betting (including Liga Super Malaysia and EPL markets), in-play odds are subject to rapid fluctuation and suspension. Bets accepted during a suspension or following an undisclosed event (e.g., a goal not yet reflected in the odds) may be voided at ClickBet88's discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ClickBet88 Platform:

• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or verification.

• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.

• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, event manipulation, or betting in connection with insider information.

All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from ClickBet88.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ClickBet88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any financial losses resulting from reliance on information presented on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit ClickBet88's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
